Cheryl S. Johnson, LL.M. (Taxation)
Cheryl S. Johnson is an attorney with advanced training in Tax Law from Georgetown University Law School and extensive experience in real estate transactions and investments. She founded Property Wealth Exchange to bring a higher level of professionalism, transparency, and compliance to the 1031 exchange process.
Cheryl holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University Law School and a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is also a licensed real estate associate broker and a seasoned real estate investor with firsthand knowledge of the financial and tax challenges and opportunities faced by property investors.
At Property Wealth Exchange, Cheryl personally oversees every client transaction -- ensuring each exchange is handled with legal precision, timely execution, and the utmost care. Her goal is to make sure clients have a clear, confident path to preserving and growing their property wealth through compliant 1031 exchanges.
Carol Shortt, Operations Manager
Carol brings strong operation and client service expertise to Property Wealth Exchange. As Operations Manager, she coordinates all administrative, financial, and documentation processes throughout each Exchange transaction, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely communication.
Working closely with Cheryl and clients, Carol manages the details that make each transaction seamless -- from escrow coordination to document tracking and reporting. She is dedicated to making the Exchange experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free for every client.
